π¦ Returns & Exchanges
Weβre so hyped you chose to shop with us! We want you to love your gear, but we get itβsometimes the vibe just isn't right. Here is the lowdown on how we handle returns:
The Window: You have 14 days from the date your package hits your porch to start a return or an exchange.
Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, weβll hook you up with a Lotus Collective Gift Card (store credit) so you can find something else that speaks to you.
The Process: Once we receive your return, give us 7-10 business days to process everything and get your credit to you.
The Condition: To be eligible for a return or an exchange, items must beΒ unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Basically, keep it in the same "main character" condition it arrived in!
Exchanges: Want a different size or a higher-priced item? Use our Returns Portal to send back your original item for store credit, then grab your new favorite piece from the shop!
The "Receipt": Every return needs to include your order packing slip or an invoice from our portal. If we donβt know who itβs from, we can't give you your credit!
The "Oops" Factor: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
A Quick Heads-Up: We aren't liable for return packages that get lost or stolen in transit. We highly recommend keeping your proof of postage and tracking number close!
π¨ The One Exception: All Custom Products & Wearable Masterpieces are FINAL SALE. Because these are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned. If thereβs a major issue, please email us and weβll chat!

π Shipping & Delivery
How It Works: We are a small (but mighty) online studio! We ship your orders as soon as theyβve been lovingly processed and fulfilled. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS to make sure your gear gets to you safely.
The Timeline:
Fulfillment: Most of our custom items are created the moment you order. Standard fulfillment takes about 7 to 14 business days.
Special Pieces: Some of our more intricate handpainted creations need a little extra "TLC" and will have a longer fulfillment time. (Weβll always let you know the timeline for these special orders!)
Shipping: Please allow 7Β to 10 business days for your order to ship out once it's ready.
Stalk Your Mailman: As soon as your order ships, weβll send you an email with tracking information so you can watch your package's journey.
The Cost: Your final shipping total will be calculated and displayed right at checkout.
