"I changed my mind! Can I get my money back?"
We don’t offer cash refunds, but we do offer a fresh start! All returns are issued via Store Credit (a Lotus Collective gift card). This way, you can snag that other "Note to Self" hoodie or "Mood on a Shirt" tee you were eyeing instead.

"How long do I have to decide if it’s 'The Vibe'?"
You’ve got 14 days from the day your package arrives to decide if it’s a keeper. If you haven't started your return by day 15, she’s officially yours! Just remember: keep the tags on and the fabric fresh.

"Why can’t I return my custom denim or handpainted tumbler?"
Because those pieces were made specifically for your energy! Once I put a paintbrush to a surface for a custom order, it becomes a one-of-a-one masterpiece. Since I can't resell your unique vision to someone else, all custom work is Final Sale. ---

"Can I change my order after I hit 'buy'?"
Bestie, I move fast! Once an order is placed, I usually start prepping it within 24 hours. If you catch me early, I’ll do my best to help, but once I’ve started painting or printing, it’s officially on its way to becoming yours.

"I want something totally unique. How do I request a custom piece?"
I live for a custom moment! Head over to our [Design Your Dream] page to see the options. Whether it’s a denim jacket that tells your life story or a tumbler in your favorite "hidden" colors, we’ll collab to make it happen.

"Are your items really handmade?"
Every. Single. One. No factory robots here! Because I hand-paint and hand-finish these items, you might see tiny variations. Those aren't "mistakes"—they’re the soul of the piece. Your item is literally one-of-a-one.

Ready-to-Ship items head out in 7-10 business days.

The Artist’s Vault (Handpainted) & Custom orders take about 2–3 weeks to perfect before they ship. Good things take time, and I promise your order is worth the wait!

"Do you ship internationally?"
We sure do! We want the Collective to be global. Shipping rates and times vary depending on where you are in the world, and they’ll be calculated for you at checkout.

✨ Product Care (Keep the Vibe Alive)
"Can I put my tumbler in the dishwasher?"
Friends don’t let friends dishwasher their handmade tumblers! High heat is a vibe-killer for the seal and the art. Hand-wash only with some gentle soap and love to keep it glowing forever.

"How do I wash my Handpainted Denim or Affirmation Tees?"
For the "Note to Self" tees: Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low.
For Handpainted Denim: Treat her like the queen she is. Spot clean only if possible. If she needs a full bath, hand-wash cold and hang to dry. Never iron directly on the paint!

🔄 Returns & Issues
"My order arrived, but it’s 'Not the Vibe.' What now?"
No hard feelings! Head over to our [Not the Vibe? Start Here] portal within 14 days of delivery. We’ll get you set up with store credit so you can find your true match. Note: Custom items and handpainted masterpieces are final sale.

"My item arrived damaged! Help!"
Oh no! Let’s fix that ASAP. Send a photo of the damage to info@lotuscollective.us within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll get a replacement or a solution moving for you.
